Privacy
Policy.
Operational protocols, digital evidence preservation safeguards, and client confidentiality standards.
1. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
All consultations, case evaluations, and investigation details are treated with the highest degree of operational security. STRIKE enforces a zero-knowledge policy for all raw case materials: physical evidence is documented, cataloged, and secured within access-controlled storage vaults, while digital evidence is isolated on offline forensic workstations with no connection to public network nodes.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION & PROTOCOLS
We do not track, profile, or sell user personal identifiers. Information submitted via our PGP-sealed contact fields is encrypted locally on your browser using Curve25519 or AES-256 before transmission. We collect the following parameters exclusively to initiate case reviews:
- Alias / Contact Identifier: Provided contact points (email, telegram, or phone handles) are used solely to establish communication pathways.
- Case Details: Description of the investigative support required. We recommend excluding primary credentials or raw access passwords from intake forms.
3. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
To measure operational outreach and target cybersecurity advisory ads in regional territories (such as Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, and Karachi), this site utilizes Google Analytics (GA4). GA4 logs anonymized geographical variables and device markers. No personally identifiable search data or message content is correlated with these analytical parameters.
4. COMPLIANCE & LEGAL FRAMEWORKS
S.T.R.I.K.E. operates as a registered private company under SECP guidelines in Pakistan. We conduct investigations strictly in accordance with local and international statutes, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA). We do not support, facilitate, or execute unauthorized surveillance, spyware distribution, or black-hat interception operations. All evidence collected is prepared for lawful presentation before recognized regulatory or judicial bodies.
5. RETENTION & DESTRUCTIVE SAFEGUARDS
Following the formal resolution of an investigation, all forensic work-images and client-provided intelligence logs are held in encrypted archives for 30 calendar days to allow for appeal or further review. Upon expiration of this window, all archives are permanently purged using secure multi-pass erasure algorithms (compliant with DoD 5220.22-M standards).
6. CONTACT & DATA CONTROL
You retain full authority to request the immediate erasure of your communication logs or intake dossiers. For secure data inquiries or to initiate secure PGP communications, contact our compliance officer at security@strikeintel.org.
